Michael Tull, Response Lab Director, joined MCH in 2004. He currently manages a 7-member team in fulfillment of MCH list and data processing services orders. Prior to joining MCH, Michael spent several years as a systems integration and financial services consultant. In addition, Michael spent 8 years with Hewlett-Packard as a Systems Engineer/Technical Consultant. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rice University. Michael is a member of the Greater Kansas City PCC and the Central Missouri PCC. He has been a featured speaker and panel member at regional PCC events, and holds current USPS certificates as an Address Quality Specialist and Intelligent Mail Professional.
