The Social Committee is comprised of seven members, one representative from each MCH department. The Committee plans several fun (and funny) events each year that give the staff an opportunity to relax, laugh, and enjoy terrific food. You haven’t lived until you’ve participated in the annual Chili Bowl or water balloon volleyball. Participation in Social Committee events is strictly voluntary, yet employees frequently schedule their out-of-office time so they won’t have to miss an event!

While the Social Committee is instrumental in orchestrating fun events, it also takes the lead in sponsoring worthwhile community projects such as Support the Troops, food pantry donations, and holiday donations. MCH employees are also conscious of global issues. The company has sponsored reforestation efforts through the Missouri Department of Conservation for many years and launched a recycling program in 2007.
