Development. David has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, seven of which have
been spent in healthcare database and list sales. David's most recent experience includes working
with physicians, dentists, pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes, medical equipment companies,
pharmaceutical companies, publishers, and hospital/practice management software developers.

More than 70 MCH employees enjoyed a chartered motor coach trip to Blackwater and Arrow Rock for
shopping and touring. The employees were treated to a luncheon catered by Vicki Meyer at the Arrow
Rock State Park, followed by a matinee performance of Cats at the
Lyceum Theatre.
The event, coordinated by the MCH Social Committee, garnered many compliments from the

MCH, through its Partners in Planting program, is subsidizing the planting of more than 3,600
trees to honor its high-volume customers. This year, the trees will be planted on the Meramec River
by the Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation.
As an 80-year-old company and a proud member of the direct mail industry, MCH recognizes the
importance of environmental stewardship and sustainability. MCH customers are given a Partners in
Planting certificate documenting the number of trees planted on their behalf.

Joan Whitney, Director of Sales, announced that Rachelle Zimmerschied of Sweet Springs has been
hired by MCH to manage the central US region. Rachelle is a Concordia, MO native and holds a BSBA
in Business Management from the University of Central Missouri. Prior to joining MCH, Rachelle held
management positions with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Walgreens.
Annette Kanoy, also a resident of Concordia, will move into the Sales Coordinator position
for the central region. Annette has been with MCH since 2004 and has held positions in the Response
Lab and Research Department.

MCH GeoPoints, a data compilation business in Sweet Springs, Missouri and IONIC Enterprise,
Inc., a web services geospatial software company based in Alexandria, VA have received a renewed
contract to provide data to State and local homeland security agencies for disaster preparedness

City. The Kauffman Foundation of Entrepreneurship and other Kansas City businesses sponsored the
